Wednesday: Pecan Crusted Chicken with Gouda Au Gratin Potatoes and Green Beans with Shallots and Tomatoes

Thursday: Roast Beef with Creamy Horseradish, Roasted Cabbage and Leeks, and Green Beans

Friday: Salmon Pastry Bundles and Steamed Broccoli
