The holidays are finally here and they bring with them family, friends, and wonderful food. This week’s menu takes into consideration that many of you will be celebrating Christmas on Thursday, therefore we have a delicious Blueberry French Toast planned for breakfast. It is one of those time-saver recipes that can be assembled the night before and popped into the oven Christmas morning. We hope that all of you have a beautiful and yummy holiday!

 

Monday: Pork Tenderloin Scaloppini with Garlic Butter Linguine, & Sautéed Asparagus
Tuesday: Loaded Slow Cooker Beef Nachos
Wednesday: Chicken and Dumplings and a Simple Side Salad
Thursday: Baked Blueberry French Toast
Friday: Smoky Spiced Tilapia, Parmesan Polenta, and Pan-Seared Asparagus
