You can come home to a delicious homemade pasta worth sharing.

1 pound Italian sausage, removed from casing
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 cup dry white wine, or vegetable stock
14oz crushed tomatoes
14oz tomato sauce
1 pound Rigatoni noodles

In a skillet, brown sausage over medium high heat. Once it starts
to brown add onion and garlic. Continue to cook until sausage is
evenly browned and onion is translucent.

Transfer entire contents to the bowl of a slow cooker. Add
remaining ingredients. Turn cooker onto low setting and cook for 7-8 hours.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Serve with Rigatoni or other large pasta that will hold the sauce.
