Our favorite Saturday morning breakfast.  One because they’re great and two because I usually have all the ingredients in the pantry.  So, take a look in your freezer and fridge, and add what ever you have – frozen berries, chocolate chips, ripe bananas, nuts.  You get the idea.  You’ll end up with incredibly moist and fabulous muffins (with or without the topping- we can all be lazy some mornings!).
