INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 cup flour OR gluten free all purpose flour blend
- 1/2 cup yellow corn meal
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together and store in an airtight refrigerator in the refrigerator.
How do you cook this? time? Temperature?
Add 1 egg and 1/3 cup milk. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes in muffin tins or 20 minutes in an 8×8 baking dish.
I love corn bread but have stayed away from it because of gluten problems. I will try this and hope it is good. Thanks for the recipe.
